This cylinder is designed to be used in the construction of
the pilot drill guide or surgical stent. It is machined from
Delrin and circumferentially grooved at 1mm increments for
easy and accurate length reduction. The center cylinder is
used for the pilot drill, allowing
for accurate guidance of the drill shaft into the site bone
in the predetermined direction and depth. The outer cylinder
guides the osteotomy drill.
A Boley gauge is
used to check the length of the adjusted cylinder. See Surgical
