The Omni-Tight™ implant is a true root form taper with
a unique self-tapping screw type thread. The thread design
provides enhanced immediate physical fixation (not to be confused
with osseointegration) and anti-rotational characteristics.
The micro-grooved neck and trumpet flare improves draw down
of the implant at seating and intimate cortical bone fit.
A centrally placed hexagonal hole in the implant top is designed
to accept the carrier/driver tool, snap-in healing cap, as
well as the final post and core on which the crown prosthesis
is placed. Both the post and core piece and crown are cemented
to place after adjustment, eliminating failure prone screws.
