Please keep in mind that orders are processed only on normal working days, between 10:00AM and 5:00PM EST. If your order is placed outside of these hours, it will be processed on the next working day. Shipments are not made on weekend or holidays. Shipments may be delayed if there is a problem with payment. Please calculate your expected arrival time based on these terms. If you need emergency service, please contact us by phone at 1-888-888-1468. Do not accept packages with exterior damage. If there are shortages or questions, please notify us within 10 (ten) days.

Return Policy
An authorization must be received from BASIC Dental Implants, prior to the return of any product. Call Toll Free 1.888.888.1468. No cash refunds. Returns must have the manufacturers seal intact and must be authorized within 30 (thirty) days of the invoice date. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.

Warranty
BASIC Dental Implant Systems (BDI) warrants to the dental professional who purchases this product that all reasonable care has been taken in the choice of materials, manufacture and packaging of this product. BDI shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential loss, damage, or expense, directly or indirectly arising from the use of this product. The foregoing warranty, as conditioned and limited, is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchant-ability or fitness for use, and of any other obligation on the part of the seller. The seller neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any additional liability or responsibility in connection with this product. No agent employee or representative of BDI has any authority to bind BDI to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning its products and any such representation or warranty products and any such representation or warranty shall not be enforceable by the buyer. Liability under this warranty is limited to replacing any product which shall appear to BDI to have been defective in material, manufacture or packaging.

Damage to any BDI product through misuse, neglect accident or failure to follow recommended procedures or instruction for use or modification by the buyer voids the warranty. Product replacement under this warranty shall be performed by contacting BDI.

The use of all implants and components must follow already established clinical protocol.

Proper educational courses are an absolute must.
Nothing in this warranty shall be construed to extend or limit the rights or remedies of a patient into whom this product is implanted.
