Interviews: Initial and Presentation

    1. Various options interview (patient interested)
      1. What could be done if certain conditions are met
      2. Initial clinical observations
      3. Patient agrees to further diagnostic procedures
      4. Fee quoted for the following:
        1. medical history review from Blue Book
        2. Dental exam update (doctors evaluation of patient's dental treatment psychology)
        3. Radiography: Pano., P.A., CTomo
        4. Anatomical Impressions for casts
        5. Bone Soundings for Model-Tomographic™
    2. Presentation interview (findings and fee)
      1. What can be done with outlined limitations (especially esthetic and functional) and is patient ok with this or are expectations too high?
      2. Time commitment and fee outlined
      3. If acceptance then set up schedule of appointments that must be kept and payment obligations met
  2. Referral (generated by other doctors)

    1. Needs interview (as directed by referral Rx)
      1. Is patient genuinely interested?
      2. Initial observations very important (regeneration, CT necessary, other expenses possible?)
      3. Initial psychology determination and commitment level (also check with referring doctor)
