(Abridged)

  1. Chlorhexidine Rinse
  2. Local Anesthetic
  3. Pilot/Osteotomy Drill Guide Seated Stent Seated
  4. Small Soft Tissue Trephine Through Unadjusted Stent
  5. Remove Guide, Check for Accurate Tissue Mark
  6. Reseat Unadjusted Guide Stent
  7. Utilize Pilot Drill Through Unadjusted Inner Cylinder to Shaft Stop
  8. Remove Guide Stent, Place Marker Pin into Bone; Take P.A. Film
  9. Determine if Pilot Drill Direction is Correct
  10. Adjust Pilot Drill Guide Cylinder to Correct Height
  11. Remove Marker Pin, Reseat Guide and Continue Pilot Drilling to Shaft Stop
  12. Remove Guide Stent, Use Large Tissue Trephine, Keeping Nipple in Pilot Hole
  13. Remove Soft Tissue “Donut” Completely
  14. Replace Guide Stent with only Outer Osteotomy Cylinder Present
    1. Up and Down Action
    2. Copious Amounts of Cold, Sterile H 2O
  15. Utilize Correct Diameter Osteotomy Drill Through Guide Stent Use:
    1. up and down action
    2. copious amounts of cold sterile saline via internal irrigation
  16. Scissor Open Office Sterilized Strip Implant Pouch, Firmly Seat Carrier/Driver to Implant and Carry to Implant Site, Glove Finger Tighten
  17. Slowly Ratchet Wrench Clockwise to Complete Seating
  18. In D3 or Better Bone, Complete Seating of Occlusion Adjusted Transfer Component with Full Arch or Three Way Impression
  19. Low Profile Healing Cap with Emergence Profiler Placement with Floss Retained Cap Tool
  20. Dismiss With All Prescriptions, Chlorhexidine and Instructions
