- Small Soft Tissue Trephine Through Unadjusted Stent
- Remove Guide, Check for Accurate Tissue Mark
- Reseat Unadjusted Guide Stent
- Utilize Pilot Drill Through Unadjusted Inner Cylinder to Shaft Stop
- Remove Guide Stent, Place Marker Pin into Bone; Take P.A. Film
- Determine if Pilot Drill Direction is Correct
- Adjust Pilot Drill Guide Cylinder to Correct Height
- Remove Marker Pin, Reseat Guide and Continue Pilot Drilling to Shaft Stop
- Remove Guide Stent, Use Large Tissue Trephine, Keeping Nipple in Pilot Hole
- Remove Soft Tissue “Donut” Completely
- Replace Guide Stent with only Outer Osteotomy Cylinder Present
- Up and Down Action
- Copious Amounts of Cold, Sterile H 2O
- Utilize Correct Diameter Osteotomy Drill Through Guide Stent Use:

- copious amounts of cold sterile saline via internal irrigation
- Scissor Open Office Sterilized Strip Implant Pouch, Firmly Seat Carrier/Driver to Implant and Carry to Implant Site, Glove Finger Tighten
- Slowly Ratchet Wrench Clockwise to Complete Seating
- In D3 or Better Bone, Complete Seating of Occlusion Adjusted Transfer Component with Full Arch or Three Way Impression
- Low Profile Healing Cap with Emergence Profiler Placement with Floss Retained Cap Tool
- Dismiss With All Prescriptions, Chlorhexidine and Instructions
